Red Flowers I started this piece by applying purple paint to a canvas and then squirting it with water and letting the paint run in different directions. The red flowers are fabric cut from an old blouse and then fused to the canvas. Most people seeing this piece have thought that the flowers were painted on. So it's sort of "cheater" painting, but it was fun to do. |
